JTA: Branding & Logo Design
This project involved the development of a meaningful brand identity for JTA, a collaborative climate education initiative delivered through a partnership between Technological University of the Shannon, Offaly County Council, Offaly Local Development Company, and Laois Offaly Education and Training Board. The goal was to create a visual identity that communicated accessibility, trust, and forward-thinking environmental leadership while resonating with diverse community audiences.
Central to the identity is a symbolic logo that merges the form of an open book with a butterfly — representing learning, transformation, and sustainable progress. This dual imagery creates an immediate visual narrative, reinforcing JTA’s mission to bring education into the community while supporting a just transition toward a climate-neutral future.
The wider brand system was designed for clarity and adaptability across brand guidelines, marketing materials, digital communications, social media assets, and public-facing campaigns, ensuring consistency across multiple partner organisations. The result is a confident, future-focused identity that supports engagement, strengthens recognition, and positions JTA as a trusted leader in community climate education.
